Our home comes fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach tents, a beach cart, pool and beach toys, and more. For families traveling with young children, there’s a portable high chair, pack and play, and a stroller for your use.
Enjoy scenic 30A in our 6-seater golf cart and explore local shops and restaurants.
Note: The property is continually updated to ensure it remains fresh and modern. Over the next year, we’ll be adding more beds, features, and décor. Rooms, beds, and furnishings may change without notice as part of this ongoing process.

Starter Supplies
Upon arrival, you’ll find a starter supply of essentials including one roll of paper towels, a few laundry and dish detergents, toilet paper, soaps, and shampoos. For larger groups or extended stays, we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies to suit your needs.
Smoking, Drugs, and Fireworks
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or near open doors/windows.
The use or possession of illegal drugs anywhere on the property—inside or outside—is strictly prohibited.
Fireworks are not allowed under any circumstances.
Pets
This is a pet-free home. We kindly ask that no pets be brought onto the property.
Guest Requirements
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property.
Third-party bookings are not allowed unless prior written approval is obtained.
Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Please contact us in advance for approval if you need to make any changes.
Parking
The driveway accommodates up to three (3) vehicles.
Street parking is strictly prohibited per HOA rules and will result in a $50 fine per day, per occurrence.
Cleanliness & Consideration
Please wipe your shoes at the door and consider removing them indoors to help keep the home clean.
Be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM—please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these times.
Absolutely no fireworks are permitted at any time.
Deliveries
We cannot accept responsibility for any deliveries. If the home does not have a mailbox, please make alternative arrangements (e.g., a local postal store).
Departure Checklist
Please take out the trash and dispose of it according to posted instructions.
Clean the grill if used.
Report any damage or maintenance issues right away so we can address them promptly.
Additional Guidelines
Please follow any other posted instructions located inside the home. These are in place to help maintain the property and ensure a great experience for all.
Policy on Violations
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without refund and/or charge for damages or rule violations if any of the above policies are disregarded.
