'SunCats' Beach House is een nieuw strandhuis gelegen in de chique wijk Lakeside bij Blue Mountain Beach. SunCats is een op maat gebouwd huis vlak bij de schilderachtige snelweg 30A en op slechts een korte 2 blokken (gemakkelijke wandeling) naar de toegang tot het strand bij Blue Mountain Beach, inclusief parkeergelegenheid voor fietsen en auto's. Vanuit het huis kunt u gemakkelijk wandelen, fietsen of naar het strand rijden (verschillende fietsen zijn inbegrepen bij uw huur). De toegang tot het Blue Mountain Beach heeft ook toiletfaciliteiten voor uw gemak terwijl u op het strand bent. SunCats ligt dicht bij Seaside, WaterColor en Grayton Beach.

Een loopbrug verbindt deze onderverdeling met de winkels in Redfish Village, waaronder restaurants, een apotheek en andere winkels. Lakeside at Blue Mountain is een zeer rustige buurt met veel privacy voor uw gezin en gasten. Het zwembad ligt om de hoek van het huis.

SunCats beschikt over een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, 55 'flatscreen-tv, een eigen balkon en een eigen badkamer met een douche met glas en travertijn. Twee extra slaapkamers zijn voorzien van queen size bedden met 42 'flatscreen-tv's. Een stapelbed kamer beschikt over twee aparte bedden en een 37 "flatscreen-tv. Een uitklapbare queensize bank is beschikbaar in de woonkamer met een 55 'flatscreen-tv. DirecTV hele huis DVR-service is inbegrepen. Wifi is ook beschikbaar voor uw gemak.

De keuken en woonkamer zijn het belangrijkste kenmerk en beslaan de gehele eerste verdieping. Een luxe gastronomische keuken met granieten aanrecht is voorzien van een eetbar en een aparte eettafel voor grote bijeenkomsten. Een Weber Genesis gasgrill bevindt zich net buiten de achterdeur.

SunCats heeft een open plattegrond met luxe houten vloeren en comfortabele banken en woonruimtes. Dineer en ontspan op een van de twee buitenportieken. De veranda heeft een eettafel met ruimte voor 8 of meer gasten. Het zwembad bij het zwembad heeft een buitendouche, tafel, parasol en stoelen.

SunCats is een prachtig vakantiehuis en op slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het strand. Dit nieuwe huis heeft alle voorzieningen die u zich kunt voorstellen. We hebben ook verschillende fietsen in het huis opgenomen voor uw gemak en plezier. Er zijn veel fietspaden in de omgeving om u overal naartoe te brengen waar u maar wilt.

The owners were very responsive to every question I had leading up to our vacation. The home was exactly as advertised and very lovely. Everything was in perfect condition when we arrived and a small gift basket on the counter was an unexpected nice surprise. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. They also have a lot beach items you can borrow like extra chairs, umbrellas, cooler and a wagon which allowed us to not have to bring as much with us. It was nice to have restaurants/ice cream in walking distance. Beach is about a 7-9 minute walk which wasn’t bad. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Suncats. Quiet and very nice neighborhood. Low key area in Blue Mountain compared to surrounding beach areas but great location for lots of options for dining out. Easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Communication with Christine was excellent and very good recommendations in the welcome binder. House had everything we needed for the week and was exactly as described. Very comfortable and plenty of space. Really appreciated having the laundry just off the side entry. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay! Suncats is a beautiful, clean beach home. The hosts thought of everything - they had beach supplies, bikes, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a gift basket of treats for us upon check-in. We will be back! They also responded to us quickly when I had a question prior to check-in.

Excellent!!

We loved SunCats!! The location is fabulous. We have stayed many times in Blue Mtn but this time was special because we felt right at home. This is the most well equipped house we have ever stayed in. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious enough for everyone to have their space but also, cozy enough for everyone to come together and watch a movie or play a game. We will definitely book again!

Amazing Getaway - They Thought of Everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean & the neighborhood was quiet & cute. The beds were comfortable & the house is close to the pool (around a 2-3 min walk) & the beach (around 7 min adult pace & 10 min with a 4 yr old). It really was an easy walk with the cut through by the plaza. The kids enjoyed the 2 kid bikes provided & we appreciated having other pool & beach amenities available, especially the beach wagon & lots of beach chairs. The house is well furnished & the owners thought of just about anything you may need. We all enjoyed the balcony swing (very peaceful). We all enjoyed the games provided as well! The added touch of the goodie bucket upon arrival was very sweet! Overall, we had a wonderful time & highly recommended this house! We wish we would have known the pool only has a largest depth of around 4.5 feet, so no true "deep end", but we still had fun. Renting a golf cart may be helpful, but we made do without. Also, the inside steps are hardwood (slippery) & top bunk ladder is a bit hard to climb for our 7 & 9 yr olds. Note on things to bring: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs. They did supply these things, but we ran out (we had 9 people). Also, be sure to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap/body wash, etc. A stepstool is helpful if you have young children to reach the sinks. We also wished we would have brought a travel mug for coffee/tea in the morning for a morning walk or walk to the beach.

Beautiful stay in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. We had plenty of room and appreciated all the added hospitality that the owners put in such as extra towels, hand soap, beach gear, etc. There were a few things that could have made our stay a little more comfortable; water/ice maker on the fridge, extra sheets, and the AC was not accurate with the thermostat. Other than those small things, we had a great time and the hosts were easy to communicate with!

We really enjoyed staying at Christine’s house. It was bigger than it looked online and was very clean. We had an issue with the fridge and it wasn’t working when we got there. Wonderful beach house

This home is beautiful, very close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants and ice cream/bakery. You are also very close to the bike path that runs then entire length of 30a. This location is central to Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach as well as Gulf Place. House is very well stocked with all the necessary cooking items, comfortable bedding and high quality linens and bath towels. We also used the beach chairs, and would have used the bikes had we not brought our own. The patio areas and outdoor seating areas are great bonus spaces. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely return.

Had the best time here! Great location, close to the beach. Lovely home in a cute neighborhood. We were there during spring break and it was sooo much less crowded than the other towns but close enough to go visit. definitely recommend!

Fabulous stay!

The Suncats house was a perfect place for our family of six to rest, play, and enjoy 30A! The house was clean, comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, full laundry room, in addition to everything else we needed for our beach vacation. Lots of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards. The bikes and trailer were great! We loved the pool in the Lakeside neighborhood as well. Short, easy walk to the beach. The owners were responsive and attentive and the communication was very easy. Would highly recommend this house!

Let me just say Suncats is Fabulous! Best place ever!

We have rent lots of beach houses in the area and most were okay. Suncats is definitely one we will rent again. It had everything you need to live just like home. The bed in the master was very comfortable! That is a big deal for my husband and I because we have rented other places and the bed was so hard we left early! It was rainy and cold most days, but the porches allow some outdoor activities. It was also great to have dishwashing and washing machine pods! It can be so frustrating when one pays so much to stay somewhere and the simple things people can do to make it easier for us. There was also dish soap and hand soap. Yes, we’ve been placed where none was provided! Also enough toilet paper to last for our stay. I don’t think most rentals thing about this, but hotels provide toilet paper! I think the property owners understand southern hospitality! I highly recommend. There were 5 adults staying and we had lots of room! We’ll be back y’all!

Great stay, great location

Can't beat 30A, this property is about a seven minute walk from the beach. Easy walk to tacos and ice cream. The bunk room was a little small but fit the pack n play and kids. I used the provided bikes and beach umbrellas and there were sufficient instructions in case something happened with the bikes maintenance wise. Only thing was no shower soap! Over all we might be back.

Lots of fun!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication with the owner was exceptional! Comfy beds, home was perfect for us! Kids really enjoyed the pool and the bikes were great too!
