'The rooms were wonderful! Spacious, clean, we had a balcony view overlooking the ocean. Everything you needed was at our hotel or a short walking distance. Flounders had great food! The free breakfast had a lot of options and I have never seen such a good free breakfast before! The pool area was very nice but you needed to secure your beach chairs early. Very short boardwalk to the beach. We took our own chairs but you have a chair and rental service if you wish to use that.'

'Front desk staff , worst front desk costumer service ever, you get ignored unless you go ask a question and have to repeat it multiple times to get their attention. Room had a lot of rusty stains in the floor and the shower tub would take for ever to drain . Towels are so hard and stale , had to use my beach towel all the time. There is no washer and dryer . 'I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Before booking, I specifically chose this hotel because the room was advertised as having a partial ocean view. While there is technically a small glimpse of the ocean, you have to turn your head to a very specific angle to see it. The actual view from the room is overwhelmingly a parking lot. The photos and description on Expedia gave a very different impression, and I felt they were misleading. Parking...
