'The beach view is gorgeous ..the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very professional and friendly..The restaurant food was awesome and had a great selection..loved loved the chicken nachos outside by pool …crab cakes Benedict was delicious….my husband loved the shrimp and grits …we will be back to Pensacola and only book at this facility '

'This place gives off timeshare vibes, get an affordable nightly rate, they nickel and dime you for every single thing, coffee is like a regular amenity at hotels right? Not this one, the only coffee available in the hotel is at their restaurant where there staff is very busy and you have to ask them to get you one if you want to bring it back to your room in the morning. The pool they advertise is FREEZING cold, there is a heated pool that is small and overcrowded (like an rv park type pool),...

'Beach view was amazing! Staff were great and helpful! Room was clean & beds were comfortable! Shower could of had better water pressure but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel had everything there on site. The pizza in the restaurant was very tasty! I liked having an indoor and an outdoor pool and the ping pong table in the pool room. They also had outdoor jenga and connect four for the kids to play. There is beach access on site as well so we didn't need to leave much. Would...
