'Room was very very nice. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a microwave to use or laundry equipment anywhere on the property to use. Those are the only complaints i would have. We did not eat at the reasturants. '

'The room was okay but there were a lot of dust under the bedroom and hair found on the bedsheets. The hotel doesn’t provide water or tea in the room. Beach access is from the pool but chairs and umbrella is not provided by the hotel. There is a $55 charge per day to use the umbrella and chairs. This information was not listed by the hotel in Expedia. Hotel staff is okay. It didn’t feel like 4 star hotel for sure. Food and drinks are on the beach and pricy. Overall, our experience was 3/10 '
