'Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient.
The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking.
Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon. Only after calling a second time they promised it would be delivered in 15 minute.
They also have an SMS service with which they inform you and ask to...

'Hyatt Coconut Plantation is een absoluut top resort . Geweldig complex met veel groen . Onze dochter van 5 heeft zich geweldig vermaakt in de zwembaden . Vooral de Lazy River vond ze super ! Grote , schone kamers met een lekker ruim balkon . Service is ook geweldig . Ik zou zeker terug gaan naar Coconut Plantation ....!'

'I found this property when I made a last minute change for my trip from STL to Florida. Even with the renovations they were working on, I loved this location. It’s in a nice area with tons of food and shops to choose from. It’s within a quick 15-20 minute drive to the beach so it’s easy to avoid some of the chaos that can come from that. The staff was amazing, everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One person in particular, Chelsea was phenomenal and went above and beyond...

'Everything was perfect!! Our 9th visit and fell in love with this hotel when we got there for the 1st time. For us, European, pretty expensive but worth the money!! Can’t imagine a better a hotel with the same atmosphere. Will definiately get there again if possible! '

'We booked the queen bed condo, but upon arrival we've found the bed so small (it really is!) we asked for a king bed. Because this is not a regular hotel but one with privately owned condo's we had to pay a lot for an upgrade.
We loved the modern equipped apartment with kitchen with dishwasher etc.
To our surprise the room was not cleaned during our stay. Luckily the receptionist took thoroughly care of this and gave us the clean towels. She also told us that we were not informed at checkin that...
