Familiehotels in Santos

'Prima locatie, goede rooftop bar en leuk concept. Kamers zijn wel erg donker, net als rest van het gebouw. Daar moet je van houden.'

'Heel goed allemaal'

'It is quiet. Hidden in a very nice neighborhood. The bed crispy. Everything looks stylish in a calm way. The bathroom very small with not much space for products but there is a seperate dressing room with a make-up table/desk. The lounge area with balcony is very comfortable with a marble sink. Handwritten welcome card. There is a roofterrace overlooking the Tejo river. The staff are very kind and helpfull and positive. The lady who cleans the room is an angel. 'Fijne en ruime kamer. Het plein is wel een populaire uitgaansgelegenheid. Met name op vrijdag en zaterdag stroomt het plein vol jongeren. Pand is goed geluiddicht, waardoor er weinig geluiden doordringen. Wel zit de kamer naast de toegangsdeur tot de andere appartementen. '

'We loved our stay at Cheese and Wine Suites! The staff were warm and friendly, and everyone spoke English which was nice for us because our Portuguese is limited to a few basic phrases. The room was super comfy, and the included breakfast was yummy. Free coffee 'round the clock was a nice perk for a coffee fiend like me, and we were given a glass of wine and some cheese as a welcome. There's also a garden off the dining area where you can eat your breakfast, or sip a coffee or glass of wine....

'VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again.'
