'The room were clean but the hall way downstairs were dirty.We didn't have hot water on Saturday until Sunday,therefore we couldn't shower before we left.The no hot water was caused because of a pipe burst, it was really out of their control.But they said they would credit us for that one night and I haven't seen a credit yet.'

'This is a museum piece of a building that is worthy of a 1 hour visit if you are interested in victorian architecture . in my opinion it has little or no functionality for a modern 21th century traveler . the security was not good . The front door did not close and probably has been broken since the vandals broke in in the 1970's. 'It is the old cliche, you get what you pay for. We stayed one night, so for the price it was ok. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Waffle maker wasn’t working properly. Coffee was ok. The other breakfast options were package oatmeal and bagels. There was no yogurt, muffins or fruit. Just off 87 so convenient. Plenty of restaurants near by. Had a good size fridge.'

'This was a last-minute booking for us and we were so glad that we found it! It is right downtown and everything is walkable. Lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby. And the hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are nice and very clean. And the main sitting area is amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again.'
