We enjoyed Pete's dinner a small old timey cafe. The park across the road is also a nice place and occasionally has live music. The beds are hard if that's what you like. '

'I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it was getting pretty run down. New owners have taken over and it seems to have really improved. Fresh paint, better lighting outside and no trash! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean'

'Elevator out of order on the third floor not very convenient not offered any reduction in price or credit for future stay. Unsafe practice leaving side door unlocked so employees can have smoke breaks but anyone can walk in. It’s a beautiful hotel but breakfast was very limited. I would consider staying there again in the future if I we’re compensated for the inconvenience I experienced this time.'
