'It was excellent! They had a complimentary happy hour with snacks, which was great for both kids and adults. The location was perfect, and having a 24-hour CVS right across the street was super convenient. The breakfast was very good, but the chef really stood out with the amazing omelets. The apple donuts were the cherry on top! Room service was perfect as well, and they even brought us extra sweets for our kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.'

'The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. '

'The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was noticeable filth in the shower and on the floor. We made reservations for a sit down breakfast to arrive and them tell us they switched it to a buffet style breakfast the morning of. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. We received massages during our stay. I think she just rubbed in the oil onto my skin for 50 minutes. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received.'

'Staff pleasant. Room large and clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker worked on arrival but not after. They didn’t spend a lot on room decoration but hot water and welcoming shower was appreciated. Perfect for one night stay and walkable access ( if you’re a practiced walker) to SPAC and downtown.'

'We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price.'

The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...
