'Good and friendly service, flexibil staff. No sauna in the sport space. Very important when you have such a cold winters .'

'Well located hotel, large rooms for a good price. There was no housekeeping during my stay. Reception staff is nit very punctual. Sauna and swimming is niot complimentary. '

'They don’t provide you wish wash cloths. Also the air conditioner don’t work. '

Ps. Ontbijt is heel lekker :-) '

'The apartment was pretty good, clean, bright, spacious. Can be used for a long stay as well as for business purposes. Very nice view. I booked a garden view one. Definitely going to consider it for my future trips.'

'Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.'

'The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked.'

'clean room, friendly staff, I had everything I needed. Satisfied with my stay'

'I hope the housekeeping able look at the doorplate to know the guests need clean the room or not. And need check the room is enough shampoo and shower gel.'

'So, you are a foreign traveler to Kyrgyzstan. You don't know the local language or your way around. Don't despair. Nurik at Friends will take great care of you. The rooms are clean, modern, and newish. The location is close to some museums. Nurik can help with arranging taxi service for you, as well as pick up or drop off at airport. He can help you to find a supermarket to get groceries or a bank to exchange money at a good rate. His English is superb. And the price was fantastic. When I return...
