Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. 'We had a blast staying at the Pickleball house. Our kids met us for a night of pickleball and drinks, then went back to their dorms. The house has two bedrooms with comfy Queen beds. We were able to easily use the tv. Neighborhood is up and coming... about 12 minutes from Magnolia. '

'Home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. We stayed here while attending Baylor’s orientation. Convenient location to restaurants and zoo around the corner. While we were at orientation, the boys grabbed lunch and went to the zoo. Beware, there are mosquito as can be expected so close to the river, but was a great home with a comfortable stay!'
