'This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. The house is so big and comfortable. Not to mention the creek on the side our kids enjoyed it to the max WE ALL DID! Thanks again for everything. Also they answer to our emails the same day! 'The house is very nice! It is in an older part of Waco. It was very clean. Nicely remolded. Had snacks laid out for us and drinks in the fridge. Had board games to play if that’s your thing. Also had a book about Waco and things to do around town along with places to eat. Very nicely done. I would definitely stay here again. '

'Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am.
