Built in 1900, this is the 2nd floor ONLY of a large 8 bedroom home nestled in Savannah’s historic district, just four blocks from Forsyth Park with its fountains, shaded green spaces, and people-watching charm. You’ll also be within walking distance of unique shops, cafes, and restaurants.

NOTE that as the upstairs portion of a larger vacation rental, this space has neither a living room nor a full kitchen (although there is a microwave and a coffeemaker), making it ideal for groups who plan to spend most of their time dining out and seeing the sights. There is no communal area only 5 bedrooms with ensuites and a very small area with microwave and coffeemaker.

Inside, modern updates blend seamlessly with timeless style. Each of the FIVE bedrooms is a suite with its own private bath. Up to 12 guests (eight adults) can sleep comfortably among this home's five bedrooms. Two of the rooms have full king-size beds, while two of the bedrooms feature a queen-size bed. The final bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds, making it great for children.

Each bedroom features additional seating, plenty of closet space, a flatscreen cable TV, and a full en suite bathroom. Unwind after a long day with a hot shower before retreating to the comfort of your bed, where you can read or relax before turning in for a restful night's sleep.

Larger groups can book the full eight-bedroom property which includes a gourmet kitchen and outdoor space.
