'Our stay at this Hilton was very pleasant. All the hotel staffs that we had contacts with all speak English, until many hotels that we have stayed in Japan for the past two months. 'Hotel is new, rooms are quite big, we had nice relaxing time in this hotel. Breakfast is also yummy. I recommend it without hesitation if you go through the area.'

'The rooms are very outdated especially the bathrooms. The bathrooms had pink tiles and smelled like mold. It is not what we expected, the strong was so strong we had to keep the door closed. We requested to change room the next day, staff wasn’t too helpful. It looks much better in pictures, not what we expected.'

'気温が低いにも関わらず、エアコンが冷房仕様で変更がきかず、寒い思いをさせられた。フロントに言っても改善されなかった。 朝5時半に火災警報の誤作動で起こされた。スタッフは謝ったが、誤作動であるという館内放送はなかった。'

'Very nice hotel with great staff that helped us book a reservation at a restaurant in a nearby town. The room was very large and very clean. I would have given 5/5 stars; however, the dinner buffet was not the best, given the expensive price.'

'The hotel is located in the middle of fields/forest. Don’t expect much of a town to go to for a walk. You’ll be spending most of the time in the hotel building. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, it’s best to be very specific about what you can’t eat and write in Japanese if possible, to avoid misunderstandings. Overall the stay was ok but I found the interior design a bit on the darker side and not very cosy. It’s like instagram post come to life.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. 'Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter.'

'One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back...
