'Hotel is pretty new. Very clean. Room is a little small. Booked superior twin room. Was allocated room on 9th floor which had a beautiful view of the sea. Difficult to hve 2 luggages opened. Very good location about 7 mins walk from Otaru station. When we arrived Otaru it was raining hard, so took taxi to hotel which costs 700 yen. Hotel is also within walking distance (10mins) to Sakaimachi street Otaru canal. Lots of eateries near hotel. Behind hotel is Sushi dori (sushi street).. lots o...

'This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored.
