Vind je ideale hotel in Schoolcraft

'We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days. The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us.'

'The room was clean and the pool was warm on a wintery day. They were painting the dining area so there was no hot food. It was a good stay. '

'outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. '

'The rooms were very large and the suite included a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker along with cutlery. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The pool was not operational when we were there which was a bummer. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. '

'Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen.'

'The staircase going up stairs had some kind of odor and the walls in the room had stuff all over it and the bathroom sink and shower looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned. I forgot something in the room when I checked out and asked if I can get a key or something to go back in and the fro desk told me there was staff on the floor to ask them I did ask them and explained to them what happened and what the guy at the desk said and they ignored me and went back to work so I called the other person...

'Breakfast was alright it was a busy weekend and breakfast was busy and the sweet desk girl had to go between desk and making more breakfast but over all a good stay'

'The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel.'
