'Nice, simple, clean room in Benbecula, South Uist. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice hotel restaurant a short walk away from the Hebridian Stay. We would stay here again the next time we visit south/north Uist.'

'This accommodation is very remote. But really nice. The rooms are large and clean with nice en-suite facilities and the dining room - in an extended sun room - is spacious and comfortable. Very well run by a lovely couple we enjoyed our stay. Take dinner here - it’s very good value and enjoyable.'

'Staff was very helpful, breakfast was abundant- nice fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, porridge, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee tea juices jams cheeses and ham. Fresh baked cake and muffins. The room was rather small for a double room, as were bed and bathroom. Very clean though. Nice to have a small fridge in the room. Easy to walk into town- we could reach everything by walking which was lovely. Okay place to stay for a couple of nights. '

'This is a lovely, clean and inviting B&B - made exceptional by the couple who run it. My room and the whole place felt spacious, the views are lovely (across fields down to the harbour), and also the location is great even if you don't have your own transport. I'm vegan, and not only was there plenty to choose from, but they'd have got in more had my message got through the system soon enough! I had fresh fruit and toast every morning, and having breakfast cooked to order was so nice, too...

'The property as a whole far exceeded our expectations. I SO wish we would have planned to stay longer! It's even more beautiful than in the photos. Highly recommend staying here as an adventure base, but also be sure to build in some time to just sit and relax in your gorgeous room or the living room, with the beautiful views and a book + tea or coffee.'
