'This property/villa was just a 10min (10 CHF) ride from the airport. It is one of 4-5 other villas surrounded by farms. The property itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities a villa can provide. The staff is very friendly. However, being in the middle of farms, one had to take a taxi to the city to get any food. '

'This was a fantastic stay except for the following: Spoiled milk left in the fridge Dead flies all over the floor as well as other dirt upon arrival Construction noise and outhouse smell at certain times of the day We had to buy and replace batteries for the remote in the tv room No check in or check out instructions were provided so we had to keep texting the host for information'

'This was a great VRBO for us. The house was just as expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a pleasant walking distance from the train station and the downtown area that had many great restaurants. Murten was a perfect hub for our trip. We explored a lot of the Bern area and it was so nice to return to quiet Murten. We spent our mornings exploring this beautiful town and our evenings enjoying the wonderful restaurants. Easy check-in and out and great communication....

'Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...
