'They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!'

'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...
