'There is ocean view as you leave the villa through the main door. But the villa has a wonderful patio space facing the pool which is about 50 feet away. Another 25 feet beyond the pool area is the parking lot. All instructions and communication was perfect. Amy is very attentive to messages. Kitchen is packed with everything needed.
