'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. Then, for a multiple night stay, the staff only activated my keys for one night and then blamed 'some technical failure'. They don't take responsibility, they offer no...

'We found everything amazing except for one important item which was the pillows. We love having four pillows but they should have included two softer pillows along with the more firmer pillows that were provided. Other than that we had an amazing stay as usual. Thank you so much!
