'The location to town, parking and check in were easy. Helen, the duty manager, was really accommodating and responded promptly when we needed to make a room adjustment. The premium double was relatively small, more suited for single travellers or those staying a night, 2 maximum and plan on spending most of their time out and about. The pillows were too soft but personal preference perhaps. A fridge, microwave and cutlery were provided for basic self catering requirements. The room was...

'Very clean and well organized. Best host we've met in our 3 weeks of travel. Location was perfect for us and very comfortable accommodations. This property would Also be great for families.'

'The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly.'

'This was a magical place to stay. I loved the standalone bath and the log burning stove. The views were incredible. I loved the touches of board games being available in the rooms and we enjoyed a game of Scrabble. The room felt like pure luxury and the taste in furniture and decor was impeccable - loved the tartan blanket company throw. We will definitely be back for a future special occasion!'
