All appliances worked perfectly including the air conditioner. There was ample toiletries and supplies for our stay. The grill and wood burning fire pit was a nice surprise as I hadn’t remember reading that on the listing. 'This quiet property was just the vacation away we needed. The large living room provided plenty of space or our big family. The 3 full size sofas around the big screen TV was perfect for cheering Tigers football on Saturday night. I enjoyed every morning rocking on the front porch watching my 5 granddaughters play and enjoying the mountain breezes, birdsong and train whistles. The back deck had plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the evenings together and watch the stars. '
