'The hotel is in an excellent location, closed to lots of restaurants and with an amazing view of the river. But what really stood out was the arte and help received from K, who took the time to explain in minute details everything I had do to on K visit to the National Park and even was so kind to take care of all the bookings for me, which made my trip a lot easier and enjoyable. Thank very much for everything and I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Wulingyuan.'

'We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice. 'This hotel was very reasonably priced and the facility is average but what sets this place miles ahead of anywhere else is the graciousness, friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness of the host. He arranged all our local tours exactly as we wanted, he is knowledgeable about the area and all the local attractions, and his art is beautiful as well. Absolutely recommend. '
