'Ideal spot for a relaxing stay. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Restaurants and cafes at Chirn Park are excellent albeit 20 minute walk. Restaurants and Cafes at Broadwater and near Aqua Building are very good and only 10 minute walk. Extended our stay for an extra 2 weeks'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'Very nice room and Tia at reception was phenomenal! We arrived after exhausted and later than planned after hiking Lamington and were warmly received. Parking was tricky because our vehicle was oversized but she was very helpful (we ended up parking on the street for free and paid for a couple of hours the following morning via the city app). Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, tbh the pool looked dirty but could have been from the recent rain from the cyclone in the north.'

'I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. '
