Convenient Amenities: parking for 2 vehicles are available in the carport below the villa. Guests have complimentary access to the outdoor Lakehouse pool, basketball court, volleyball court, and playground area. Seasonal access to the complex pool is also included.
Access & Parking: Seabrook is a gated island and each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Currently, each vehicle is subject to a $40 gate pass fee (included with your reservation). There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. At this property the vehicle maximum is two, which includes LSV vehicles.
Optional Luxuries: Guests can opt for a Seabrook Island Amenity Card, providing access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, golf, tennis, and various club dining options. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. The cards are $50andper day per family. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations must be in writing via email or booking site message. Cancellations received 30 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a full refund except for an 5% cancellation fee of the base rental rate. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of all payments made unless you have purchased optional travel insurance and the reason to cancel is covered under your policy. Travel/cancellation insurance is highly recommended. There are no refunds for early departures. Travelers must cancel by 11:59 pm on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund. Early departures for any reason are not refundable. All times are specific to the property's time zone (EST).
