Relax after a day at the beach and watch a movie or your favorite ball game on the flat screen TV in the living room, stream your favorite shows with your own tablet or computer through the free WIFI internet and create lifelong memories with friends and family. The living area offers a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The kitchen has granite counter tops and appliances with plenty of cookware for in house dining and a dinette set for 4. There is a laundry center just off the kitchen pantry for your convenience.

The spacious bedroom offers a king bed, a flat screen TV and full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The hall bath has a stall shower and updated vanity for extra guests using the sleeper sofa

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
