This luxury Pelican Watch villa rental offers the same luxurious space as a private Seabrook house, in fact no other beachfront property on Seabrook Island offers more living space! The open plan living area features a large sectional sofa, another couch, and two club chairs. The new, large Sony HDTV is a Smart TV so you can watch the cable channels, stream your favorite APPs or set the vibe to island time with your favorite tunes on the BOSE radio. The kitchen is anchored by a long, center island with a bar and features plenty of counter space and cookware for the family chef with a wine cooler to keep the vino at a perfect temperature until it is cocktail hour. The dining table accommodates up to 8 guests so everyone may enjoy family dining together and there is a high efficiency, full size washer/dryer in the pantry just off the kitchen for your convenience.

1388 Pelican Watch features two large king bedroom suites, Each suite offers an upgraded king mattress, ceiling fan to keep the fresh air circulating and a fully renovated private bath with double granite vanities and large custom tile showers. The third bedroom has two queen beds with high quality mattresses with memory foam top built in for extra comfort, a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a private bath with tub/shower and custom tile. There is a fourth full bath in the hallway with a large, custom tile shower for convenience.
This Pelican Watch villa offers the best beachfront decks with retractable awnings and outdoor furnishings for morning coffee, evening sundowners and Seabrook Island dining with views. Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
