This quaint getaway features just 8 apartments, all of which face the ocean—mere 10 feet away from the water at high tide! 'We were very happy with our stay. Loved being directly across from the beach and absolutely loved the view from our balcony on the 3rd floor. The owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The owner surprised us with fresh scones for breakfast one morning and her son carried our bags up to our room on arrival. The room was a little tight for our family of four and the beds were a little too firm but otherwise it was perfect. We plan to visit again soon. '

'Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach.'

'I enjoyed a weekend away here with a few girlfriends and we were beyond impressed with this property! We immediately noticed how clean it was upon check-in. It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here and I would absolutely stay here again!'

"kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren"
