'This cluster of cottages was a perfect blend of funky and fabulous! On the outside they are beachy and very rustic. When we stepped in the door, we were greeted with a decor that made us smile for 4 days! The Mermaid Manor theme was delightful and fun and not a bit tacky! 'Loved the view and beach access! The place needs an update badly…Sheetrock, baseboards, sprucing up, but the shower was dirty and the living room carpet was old and appeared to be not vacuumed Overall, for the price I give it a 6 out of 10'

'The unit is small for two adults, two children and a dog. It's also a little "tired" and well used. But the walk to the beach and the view from the deck are worth it.'

'We didnt receive instructions on how to get into the house and didnt receive information about the policies but host was able to help. The fridge smelled so badly of fish that we couldnt open it or use it during our stay so we were unable to have food and cold drinks. Other than that the host was nice and the house was clean and located in a good place.'

'Great beds and ocean access., easy keyless entry. Otherwise, this was a 2 star property, cramped and worn, with dangerous stairs. Provided soaps and linens were adequate. The highway noise was quite loud. I realize that some of these things can't easily be changed. '
