'Great location'

'Friendly helpful landlady. Room clean and fresh. Breakfast choices ample, with a lovely cooked breakfast if wanted. A 20/25 min walk to the main town and seafront. But buses easily available. As a suggestion, a fan in the bedroom would be nice in this heat, bedroom rather warm.'

'No breakfast included despite booking confirmation. Room ok but very much in need of repair. Bathroom provisions poor and needed to request additional ‘essentials’ having been left 1/4 a roll. '

'This is the review that I really dit want to do. The staff were lovely and the 'Hotel' was conveniently close to the ferry and close to the City centre The staff were great, everywhere was clean and the ‘free’ breakfast was great. The issue with this property is basic maintenance. The shower was right next to the toilet where the water went straight onto the floor. The shower was very weak and took a long time to hear up. Even though there was a slight slope you would still get water around...

'The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars.'

'Excellent communication from the host. Rooms were bright and clean. Welcomed on arrival. Told in advance re parking situation. Hosts were very obliging. Would recommend.'
