'Very cool 1920s home and cottage. Kitchen and bathroom were well outfitted. Shaded by big trees and extremely well outfitted including great porch areas around the whole house! Back yard has a most wonderful lounge area with great seating for kicking back with coffee or drinks!'

'We have stayed here multiple times and it has ALWAYS been immaculate and nicely appointed. Right on the beach -the hosts think of everything umbrellas, towels, chairs, beach bag, games, coffee & tea selection is nice touch too w "starter" dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, TP, paper towels etc... SOOOOO RELAXING!!'

'This cottage is amazing. Beautiful inside, spacious bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, nice bathrooms, but still with that beach front quaint barrier island feel. The water was warm and beautiful. We had such an awesome time'

'It truly was an ocean paradise, the access to the beach was amazing. It was quiet and the turtles laying eggs all up and down the beach was something I've never seen. It was fairly secluded and daily walks up and down had plenty of wildlife, shells and beauty. You would stay here for the location, the house is well equipped for cooking and plenty of recreational equipment available from past guests. You are self sufficient and take care of your own housekeeping which is fine with me. ...

'Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments.'

'It was exactly as presented in the listing. A little slice of paradise on the beach. Everything was exactly as it should be and any problems were corrected immediately. Our hosts were eager to satisfy our needs. We were excited to be able to see 2 launches from our backyard. It was almost like having a private beach because we saw few people when we walked on the beach.'

'Very Impressive little cottage !!! Was not sure what to expect when we booked the reservation. We were pleasantly surpised. Very clean, open, and bright. My husband loved fishing off the dock everyday. We even saw dolphins swimming out front. Enjoyed out time at the cottage. Will come back to stay in if we are in the area again. 10 out of 10.'

'Small home in an older part of Vero Beach. The location is near old down town that is undergoing a revitalization process. Neighborhood is okay, but not a good place to go for a walk. No sidewalks or anything. Quick drive over to the island and the beach. If you are planning to stay to make meals and cook, know this is a very small kitchen. Functional, but I didn't attempt to cook in it beyond using the microwave.'

'This is a renovated 1920's home. Gorgeous wood floors, updated kitchen, lots of space in the house. None of the windows can be opened, seemed to be nailed shut. The bathroom was roomy and updated. Good hot water. It could use a fresh coat of paint and fresh caulk in some areas. The tub was very slow to drain. I was standing in ankle deep water while showering. I emailed a question to the contact on Friday and got a response on Sunday. The backyard was being dug up. There was a Bobcat...

'This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches. It is worth noting that there is a garage on the property ( which consists of 3 lots ) that the owner uses throughout the week. He doesnt intrude...
