'Easy check-in and out. The staff were efficient and confident. Our room was better than expected as the two queen beds were very comfy. We had two sinks one in the bathroom and one outside. We had a small outside deck with two chairs overlooking a grassy area. It’s about 12 minutes to Newport during the day due to traffic but only 7 minutes home at 9 pm or after.'

They put out a spread that is made from scratch with dips, sweets, and even had foot long hotdogs on the 4th of July. Highly recommend this place and look to stay hear every time we visit Newport.'

We had a room on the second floor, facing the main road, so it was quiet. We loved the location- walkable to bars, restaurants, bakeries, the docks. Parking was available as we were a guest.
