We had a small outside deck with two chairs overlooking a grassy area. It’s about 12 minutes to Newport during the day due to traffic but only 7 minutes home at 9 pm or after.'

We had a room on the second floor, facing the main road, so it was quiet. We loved the location- walkable to bars, restaurants, bakeries, the docks. Parking was available as we were a guest. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant or just sipping coffee on the dock. Some family friendly things as well- giant Jenga, a pool, a grassy area by the docks with seating, fire pits. '
