'What an amazing place to stay! Such a beautiful and well-maintained facility, so close to everything!'

'We had trouble figuring out the TV. Instructions regarding which controllers to use, and how to them, would have been helpful. The beds were very comfortable'

'Just a delightful surprise. We’ve been to Newport many times as our daughter lives there, but did not know about the Admiral Sims. The property is so close to everything, including Easton Beach, but is nestled in a neighborhood on a lovely property. The new wraparound porch is beautiful. Our room was lovely, with a fireplace and kitchenette. Everything about this property is really pleasant. The owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go back again.'

'The staff is very helpful but there wasn’t much of a need for help as what we needed was taken care of. Best aspect will always be its location as it makes everything in Newport walkable.'

'Cute boutique hotel.. great location'

'Beautiful and charming old hotel. The restored historical buildings do not meet all modern standards. This is inevitable, but avoid rooms 101 and 102 in the basement of one of the houses. Cleaning needs improvement, breakfast is very good.'

'Wauw, wat een leuke plek. We voelden ons meteen thuis toen we binnen kwamen.
