'Very nice cozy inn. Convenient to the Cliff Walk. A bit of a stroll to the wharf area. Breakfast was delicious and there were a few unexpected treats as well. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. All good. Would definitely recommend to others.'

'The staff seemed flustered or unavailable when we checked in. The room was very small and the shower was even smaller. Breakfast was Adequate, but there’s a lot of better places to eat in Newport. Very good location if you wanna walk to the breakers or the Tennis Hall of Fame and down the hill into Newport'

'Wauw, wat een leuke plek. We voelden ons meteen thuis toen we binnen kwamen. Alles ziet er zo gezellig uit. De kamer was super en het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk. Je kan koffie en thee pakken als je zin hebt en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Newport is ook heel gezellig. Echt een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan.'

'I visited with my daughter and elderly mother in a wheelchair. No one offered to help us with our bags. There is construction going on all around the hotel starting at 6:00am. The room we were given was right across from another building that had construction going on. We were not even able to open our curtains since the workers in that building could see us. I had much higher expectations for this hotel.'

'Clean Room. Bed was Comfortable and check was very thorough. Place has some quarks and some things are being renovated. Loved the area to fish and the restaurant next door was busy but good. Just off the highway so real Convenient. There is a bait store right up the road and several public golf courses within 5 miles. If your on the top floor a little bit of a climb up the stairs in the back to get up to the room. Muffins Cereal and Coffee and Juice in Morning.'
