'The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly...

'This waterfront home was beautiful--the pictures don't do it justice! We enjoyed our time exploring Rhode Island and using this nicely located home as our base. We took advantage of the fire pit and the included stand up paddle boards during our stay. Note that the only indoor staircase is a spiral one. Thanks for having us!'

'There was an overflowing 5 gallon bucket in closet collecting drainage from AC and it caused wet subfloor that lingered for our stay. There was lichen growing in the closet behind the bucket. The third party management place was responsive on the app but came out only once to check things out…I emptied water twice in two days and the owner did nothing to compensate or otherwise directly communicate with me about it all. For the money I paid, I expected better. Had I let it go, the place...

'Very cute cottage. Nice place to be if you want peace and quiet. Plus the water is only a 60-second walk down the street with a picnic bench to sit at. Beds are together in one room, so it’s convenient if coming with a couple of kids. Convenient parking right outside the front door. We will return.'
