'Francis Malbone House is an oasis in the hubbub of downtown Newport. All the wharves are easily walkable. It was less than 15 minutes to walk to the Elms. On site parking is a huge bonus. Daily breakfast is always delicious. But the best thing about this inn is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. '

We had one of the duplex townhouses that had a balcony which was amazing! Loved having breakfast delivered each morning and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the great weather! 'My husband and I came for the night to celebrate our anniversary. The Burbank rose was clean, quiet, and walking distance to everything. Parking wasn’t too far. Our room had everything we needed for our stay. Priscilla was super nice and helpful for checking in and out. Will definitely come back again!'

'This property is perfect! I loved the stay at Burbank Rose Inn! Staff was amazing, room was spacious! The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). The parking lot is far but it was easier for us to pay for parking across the street.
