'Francis Malbone House is an oasis in the hubbub of downtown Newport. All the wharves are easily walkable. It was less than 15 minutes to walk to the Elms. On site parking is a huge bonus. 'This property is perfect! I loved the stay at Burbank Rose Inn! Staff was amazing, room was spacious! The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). The parking lot is far but it was easier for us to pay for parking across the street.
