We had one of the duplex townhouses that had a balcony which was amazing! Loved having breakfast delivered each morning and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the great weather! 'This property is perfect! I loved the stay at Burbank Rose Inn! Staff was amazing, room was spacious! The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). The parking lot is far but it was easier for us to pay for parking across the street.

No food in hotel but plenty of amazing dining options very close by. Would love for hotels to offer early check in for a fee, but again only because of having our baby with us.
