When we arrived we were greeted right away by Lisa who walked us through all the logistics and gave us an overview of the area with great recommendations. The rooms were very clean and super nice. They take really good care of their inn. We can’t wait to return. '

'Francis Malbone House is an oasis in the hubbub of downtown Newport. All the wharves are easily walkable. It was less than 15 minutes to walk to the Elms. On site parking is a huge bonus. Daily breakfast is always delicious. But the best thing about this inn is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. '

Je kan koffie en thee pakken als je zin hebt en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Newport is ook heel gezellig. Echt een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan.'

'We had a great stay at Mill Street Inn! The property is in such a great location - walking distance to SO many things, but still lovely and quiet location. We had one of the duplex townhouses that had a balcony which was amazing! Loved having breakfast delivered each morning and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the great weather! Can’t recommend enough! '

'My husband and I came for the night to celebrate our anniversary. The Burbank rose was clean, quiet, and walking distance to everything. Parking wasn’t too far. Our room had everything we needed for our stay. Priscilla was super nice and helpful for checking in and out. Will definitely come back again!'

'This property is perfect! I loved the stay at Burbank Rose Inn! Staff was amazing, room was spacious! The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). The parking lot is far but it was easier for us to pay for parking across the street.

'Really enjoyed our weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. The room was large and very clean, kitchen area had a microwave and all utensils needed. Bathroom was large and clean and had soap, shampoo and towels provided. Breakfast was available every morning around 8:30 am and consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt and home made muffins and baked goods.
The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. Beautiful new porch on the front of the building that we enjoyed every evening...

'We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!'
