'While the room looked like it was recently painted I was disappointed to discover it was for a handicapped person without any prior notice. I imagine it impacted the price of the room and perhaps made it cheaper but I would have paid more if I was offered a regular room without the open shower stall. 'Dirty shower curtain hair on beds on sheets
Air from heat was musty smelling. The mattress gave me horrible back ache i was so disgusted that we were ready to go and sleep in the car. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out.
It was a nightmare.
I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me.'

'When we first checked in and the smell in the lobby was unbearable. It smelled like sewage. The entire first floor was being renovated. That created a lot of noise into the evening. Once we entered our room, the heat was not working properly. We complained to the front desk they said they did not have any other rooms and they sent a technician who did not do anything with the system. The bedside outlets were not working. Sunday morning housekeeping was vacuuming starting before 8 AM. Before 9 AM...
