'Room was clean and the desk person was very courteous. Hotel appeared to be recently renovated and had a very comfortable bed. Very basic set up though. Could use USB outlets, a sitting chair and an additional shade/curtain that allows sunlight in while maintaining privacy. '

'The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.'

'Wauw, wat een leuke plek. We voelden ons meteen thuis toen we binnen kwamen. Alles ziet er zo gezellig uit. De kamer was super en het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk. Je kan koffie en thee pakken als je zin hebt en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Newport is ook heel gezellig. Echt een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan.'

'Beautiful little inn in beautiful Newport, walking distance to the wharfs and loads of restaurants, stores, and more. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and large- they're really accommodating of allergies and food preferences, too. Loved this place. My only feedback that isn't totally glowing is that the walls are very old and therefore thin, and that means at night you might hear your neighbor's TV or snoring or coughing if you're a light sleeper. 'Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back'
