'I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! 'I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud...
