'The breakfast was great. Based on interactions with other guests, they enjoyed it as much as I did. The room and the bed are spacious. I slept soundly and rested well in the hotel after a hectic weekend. I would like to suggest to the management to work on the elevator and keep it tidy. The floor of the elevator is old with a lot of cracks. The strong and unpleasant smell in the hallway also needs to be checked.'

'Lumpy uncomfortable mattress. No hair dryer, hallway smelled like a dog pound, noisy dog all night down the hall, outside security door was unlocked, TV remote was missing battery cover and batteries kept falling out, there was a plastic glove on the floor of the room when I walked in (not sure what that was about), room phone was stained- maybe coffee- I wasn't going to use it, but it looked awful, no kleenex provided.'

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

'The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that.'

'The room i stayed in the sheets were stained, looked like people had sex on the bed and the bed was just remade, the room had bugs one the way up the stairs were remains of weed cigarettes, towels looked used, my room was changed not any better and remote not in room for tv. Slept reluctantly on top of bed and put shirt on top of pillows to sleep. Didn't sleep at all. Person at front desk aid that the housekeepers are not very good said ill look for a room that "may" be better. WILL NOT EVER GO...

'Excellent location in downtown. Parking in downtown is expensive. The hotel only offers valet parking at $42 for overnight parking.'
