'I had asked for my room to be cleaned I came back from a long day an it wasn’t cleaned I was told they forgot … than I received a knock at my door at 9am from house keeping asking if I was still in the room the day I had to check out … I wasn’t sure why they went out the way to knock at 9 am when check outs at 11am but couldn’t clean my room when I had asked but very admitted on checking of if I was still there'

'super! incredibly friendly staff member that checked me in (the one going to Barbados soon :), super clean in all areas; had a corner room on the 1st floor which felt more like a one bedroom apartment. Super super clean, all amenities of home. Great job 👏'
