'Very convenient location and a good bar with friendly staff'

'Large hotel, close to Heathrow. Two very good in house restaurants (French and Indian), large rooms and also parking space for vans that are too high for the parking garage. Worth every penny! '

'I was severely disappointed, mainly by the room. The "double bed" I shared with my platonic friend was 120x190cm, and even that barely fit in the room. The springs in the tiny bed were so strong that even my friend's smallest movement made me jump up awake. There were no bedlights or nightstands, the cupboard wouldn't close, there was no space to sit at the useless desk, we had to shut off the light in the dark and then find our way to the bed. The bathroom was even worse: disgusting taps, mold...

'Comfortable room and great service. Will be returning'

Personeel is top! '

'Very nice and lovely location where you can relax and walk the grounds or take a swim if needed. An overall lovely place. '

'Decent rooms, good beds, convenient layover facility. Busses from and to Terminal 5 nearby. When traveling with BA, this is a good option. '

'Comfortable rooms at the right price!'

'A pitty that I had to stay in another hotel the first night due to computer issues. That took me at least one hour extra travel. Next to that the breakfast in the other hotel was so poor'
