'It was a very bad experience at the beginning by the time we stepped into the room, it smelled so bad. The staff especially the front desk wasn’t friendly at all. At night, hot water suddenly didn’t work when my kids were having a shower. They said it would take hour to fix it and my kids were sick because of the cold. Plus the cockroach found in the next morning around the bathroom door.'

'The room is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful with questions. The foods are delicious and deserve the prices. The lake view is fantastic. My son loves the water castle and we will definitely come back next year!'

'Family friendly - pet friendly property , washroom wasn't as clean and towels were washed but didnt look very clean. Comforter had a smell in it . Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and clean .'
