'Overall great view and most of the amenities we needed. Could have at least one queen bed as it was difficult to share a bed with my wife on a single bed. I enjoyed not having a tv but could have used some Wi-Fi for business and overall communication. Wasn’t sure about trash removal so we hauled our trash to a dumpster on the spit. Caught a ton of fish and enjoyed all of the attractions homer had to offer.'

'A nice and quiet place. We rented the downstairs unit. Kids and I had a great time. There is also a place to have a fire and the kids roasted hot dogs on our last night and made s'mores. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The interior was very nice. Comfortable and clean place. The creek was lots of fun for us as well. The family next door had kids and we made some friends, they also had horses, and ducks and chickens and dogs and I think a goat! It's a really wonderful and quiet area.'

'We came to Homer for a ski race over the week end and the house was perfect for the 4 of us! We loved the special touches such as the nice smelling house, the snacks and great coffee choices. It felt like home'

'It was a wonderful view and good stay. One complaint would be that there was way too many spiders. They would fall into the bed while sleeping. We know these spiders do not bite but it is annoying when your trying to sleep. It could use some fans and the dryer needs attention. Overall the views were spectacular and all else was good.'

'The pictures don’t do justice to the amazing water view. We had two teenagers and during our 5 day stay they didn’t even turn the tv on. That’s saying something. They loved walking the beach and being outside. We came to go fishing and the location was so close to Homer spit it made the early morning drive a breeze. Connie was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to insure we had everything we needed for our stay.'

'We were a family of 11-parents, adult kids and 2 grandkids and rented the whole house to give us plenty of room for everyone. When you walk in the views really do take your breath away! Our weather wasn't the best but even on a rainy day you had the beautiful views overlooking the mountains and the water. The home is a well built, custom home, very spacious and well cared for with a fully stocked kitchen. The kids loved having their own hang out space in the upstairs loft! Plenty of parking,...

'Maggie Burns the owner was awesome. A group of four of us fishermen stayed five days, self-catered ,and enjoyed having the two and one-half bathrooms. Of course the views from the decks were magnificent.'
