'The hotel, once you can manage to identify it and get in, was lovely. We received no information on the location of the hotel, the name of the hotel didn't match the booking, and both hotels in the village belong to the same company and we had no idea which we were in. There was no manned reception, and no-one answered the phone numbers supplied. Eventually another guest gave us a number to use WhatsApp on, and we got the check in details. 'Wil je aan de ene kant in de “middle of nowhere” zitten maar aan de andere kant daardoor volledig in het hart van het wandelparadijs dat de Tramuntana is, dan is dit jouw locatie. Een prachtig landgoed tegen de voet van het gebergte. Midden in de eigen olijfbomenplantage. Heel vriendelijk, gastvrije eigenaar en personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en diner sterrenwaardig. Kamer met op terras met veel privacy je eigen buitenhemelbed.'

'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '
