'Het is zoals je verwacht. Slapen in een capsule. Eerste keer is heel speciaal maar ik zou het niet zo snel nog een keer doen. Het was inchecken, douchen en naar bed (capsule). Voor een eerste keer wat er niet eens een rondleiding of een goede uitleg. Gelukkig was er wel een kaart op de muur.'

'This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The lounge was filled with tasty treats and drinks in the afternoons and outside was a beautiful area with a foot bath. The hot springs were wonderful and the kaiseki dinners were amazing. The hotel staff members were very accommodating and gracious when dealing with a mixup about the reservation.
