'Facility does not have a front desk. You have to call a cell number to check in from the car/taxi/Grab/airport transfer vehicle you came in. If the vehicle can wait, you can do it inside your air conditioned car. If your vehicle cannot wait, you will be outside the building entrance with all your bags in the sweltering heat while you figure out how to check in. 'We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage.
