'The access key was not provided on day one. The entrance lock was not working. The door would not lock. The owner wants to send a video for every issue. Broken side table, no main door lock, poor quality Pans, no power chord for rice cooker, TV remote not working. Bedsheets can be better, looked ragged. Hall sofa not fully stable. The owner was putting the blame on the previous renter, but we suffered from the stay. All amenities are charged except Gym. The Tennis court was in very horrible...

'I specifically stated 3 persons for the night. While the sofa worked as a makeshift bed, there was no blanket for the 3rd person. The whole room had a musty smell and bidet not working. The showers at the pool were broken.. Since I prepaid and had to travel over 24hours, it's nerve wrecking to arrive in klia with no instructions to find the place. The check in instructions were detailed but came quite late after asking for directions twice. '

'The best part of this stay was how close it is to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. There are also many local food options right downstairs, giving a great chance to enjoy the local flavors. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout the stay.'
