'The building isn’t the greatest. There is always a massive line for the elevators to go up and to come down almost all the elevators are full which keeps you waiting forever. There was a used condom on our outside windowsill- the room was tiny and sink was clogged. For KL it was a reasonable price for what we got, however it wasn’t the most comfortable stay and we dreaded returning to the room. We booked for the beautiful pool but it was always swarmed with kids and closed early- we headed to...

'Wij hebben hier een prima start gehad van onze vakantie. De kamer was ruim, mooi uitzicht, schoon, goede santitaire voorzieningen. Airco op orde. De bedden waren goed met een fijn matras. We hebben hier geen ontbijt of iets anders gegeten. '

'This is a comfortable property which is well equipped and spacious enough for a short stay. The facilities are super, A great roof top pool and gym! You probably need to take a Grab most places bit it’s not far so not expensive.'

'The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall. Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish. The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful.'

'Good shopping centre plenty of variety of food, even fast food chains for the kids. Lots of things to do without having to go into the city of your shopping a short stop over in Malaysia.'

'Old furnishing, sofa, bedding and towels etc were sparse and looked very worn out. The apartment was not clean and floor was sticky we had to wear footwear during the stay. Checking in was easy, but note that the mailbox locks dont work so anyone can get in or out of your room easily and you will have no clue. Location is great. Parking is ample and great.'

'Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.'

'Great location and beautiful '

'値段は安いがそれ相応の宿でした。 良い点　Wi-Fiが問題無く使えた。冷凍付きの冷蔵庫が付いていた（日本からではなく他国からの買出し旅行で滞在した為）。早朝に到着した為フロントで荷物預かりサービス（有料）があったのは助かった。 悪い点　ソファが臭い。毎日虫（特にゴキブリ）が出る。ティッシュが無い。食器用洗剤も用意されていない。熱いシャワーが出ない。シャンプーが泡立たない。低層階の為、眺望は何も無く暗い（４１階建ての6階）。そして設定の問題なのか上層階で満員になっているせいなのか、エレベーターが全然来ず、乗れない。キッチン用具はフライパンしか使えず、ポットも中身が黄色くなっていた為料理は一切しませんでした。 上記を容認出来る方であれば泊まれるかと思います。 ＊我々は冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫が必須であった為、こちらを選びました。'
